Service and parts · 7460 West Orchid Lane
The drive opens at seven, and that is the whole design.
Sales is built around an evening visit. Service is built around a commute. One department opens an hour earlier and shuts two hours sooner than the other, in the same building, and that single fact decides how you should plan the day your car goes in.

What that actually means
A weekday, from the drive's side of it.
This is not a promise about your car. It is how a dealership service day is shaped, everywhere, and knowing it is the difference between getting the work back tonight and getting it back tomorrow.
7:00am
The drive opens, and the early lane fills
Cars left before eight are the ones written up first, which means they reach a technician while the shop is still empty. This is the single highest leverage decision a customer makes, and nothing on a dealership website ever mentions it.
8:00am
Showroom unlocks, phones split three ways
From here the sales line, the service line and the parts line all answer. Before eight, only two of the three do, which is why a 7:20am call to the sales number goes nowhere useful.
10:00am
Parts orders for the day go out
Anything a technician needs that is not on the shelf is ordered against the morning run. A car diagnosed at nine is on that run. A car diagnosed at three is on tomorrow's.
2:00pm
The afternoon cut
Work opened after mid-afternoon that needs a part is generally a next-day job. Not a policy, arithmetic: the order went out at ten.
6:00pm
Service and parts close
Sales trades for another two hours. If you arrive at 6:30 to collect a car and the lights are on, the lights are sales.
Saturday is the same shape compressed into six hours, which is why a Saturday job that needs an ordered part almost always becomes a Monday job.
Where each thing lives
Six counters, and which one you want.
Every link below goes to the dealership's own live page. This concept does not hold a scheduler, a parts catalogue or a price, and it should not pretend to.

The drive is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 2pm, at 7460 West Orchid Lane in Chandler.
Asked at the write-up desk
Four, most mornings.
What is the earliest I can drop a car off?
Seven in the morning, Monday to Friday. That hour exists so a car can be left on the way into Phoenix or Tempe and collected on the way home, which is the only reason the drive opens before the showroom does.
Can I book service on a Saturday?
Yes, between 8am and 2pm. It is a half day and it fills first, so a Saturday slot is generally something you book in the week before rather than the morning of.
Is the parts counter the same as service?
Same hours, same building, different line. Parts is 866-767-4915. If you want a part over the counter rather than fitted, that is the number, and calling service instead adds a transfer.
What is Audi Care?
Audi's prepaid scheduled maintenance plan, bought up front and covering the factory service intervals. The dealership carries the full detail on their own Audi Care page, which this page links to rather than paraphrasing.
